Who We Are

    J2C Enterprise LLC was founded by two highly experienced industry professionals, John Chandler, and Christopher Street. Since the founding, J2C has added Brian Cabeceiras as a board member with extensive contacts and who is experienced as a consultant, advisor, and strategic planner. With over 50 years of Broadcast Media industry tenure, we bring the critical mindset and resources necessary to make the vision/mission of any client into reality.


    J2C Enterprise LLC is the founder and managing member of a consortium of companies that when combined on a team can execute any contract and fulfill any requirements for our clients in the Commercial & Broadcast Media markets.

What We Do

    J2C’s approach to the client and their facility is to provide the best and most cost-effective Broadcast Media technology solution that solves their business challenges. However, with a consortium of highly specialized and experienced members behind J2C, the team can provide products, solutions and support for technology areas generally associated with these projects but independently contracted. How often has a client had to contract different vendors for their project that when a conflict of roles ends up in pointing fingers back and forth. This is a major differentiator for J2C. These areas include but are not limited to Information Technology (IT), Cyber Security, ATO, DISA STIG processes and others. Our clients do not need to issue multiple contracts. J2C’s consortium can perform on any set of requirements our clients can think of and other requirements not thought of but needed.  


    J2C provides Products, Solutions and Consultancy from simple transactions thru end-to-end solutions with support and life cycle management. This includes managing vendor Support Level Agreements to Master Service Support Agreements (MSSA). J2C’s MSSA offering incorporates the vendor SLA as a way of consolidating the management of these instruments. Instead of managing numerous contracts why not just have one contract for all the facilities SLAs?


    J2C assess the client needs and requirements and then J2C decides which members are best suited to perform as the prime. No matter which consortium member is the prime contractor J2C manages the project from kick off to sign off to ensure that the client’s project begins and ends with a positive result. The project is not closed until the client is satisfied that all requirements are met and the project vision is realized.

Cape Canaveral - Space Force

Design and implementation of the New Command & Control Briefing Situational Awareness Room;


Upgrade to the Air Force’s Launch Control room (main location where the Air Force and its clients monitor launches from CCAFS and NASA on base)

NAVSEA

Design and implementation of improvements to the as the Sailor Instruction Education and Training (SITE) system on board the US Navy’s fleet (Broadcast Communications systems)




Office of Cuba Broadcasting

Upgrade to existing automated ingest and playout system, integrating multiple edit stations to the existing facility core router and live studio. (The previous Integrator had finalized the design and purchased the hardware, however the design documentation and workplans were incomplete.)

NASA - Kennedy Space Center

Design and installation of IT Infrastructure , high-resolution media content transport, Command & Control Facilities/Rooms and supporting the existing facility.

United States ​Senate  Recording Studios

Robotics upgrade for the Main Chamber and one of the committee rooms. 




Assoc. Pennsylvania Constructors

Design and installation of Streaming System for Conference Room, consisting of (2) primary event monitors with (4) support monitors and (2) Cameras and Control System.

Meet the Team

Christopher Street

CEO/CFO

Chris is the initial investor and acting CEO/CFO, responsible for all administrative, IT, logistical and financial activities. His work as President and General Manager of Riedel Communications USA, Marketing and Sales Director at American Tower, and a former Principal at Booz-Allen&Hamilton, Chris has seen first hand how effective partnerships benefit both clients and contractors. Chris has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. 

John Chandler

President

John is the President and has worked in the Federal Contracting space for 30 years. His resume of projects is long and impressive. Working with systems integrators, manufacturers such as Grass Valley, and government contractors, he knows both the needs and procedures that create a seamless and effective experience while creating high quality, large scale systems. Experienced in presale, RFP design and response.

Brian Cabeceiras

Director/Advisor

Brian is a member of the Board of Directors with an active roll in defining Strategy and validating Action Plans. He has 34 years of experience in the Media & Entertainment Industry, in roles ranging from Chief Strategy/ Technology Officer to SVP of Sales and Marketing in leading companies such as Imagine Communications, Harris Corporation, Leitch Technology and Tektronix Corporation/ Grass Valley Group.
