Integration

J2C team collaborates with client's staff to design, build, sustain, and support the best solution based upon the mission of the client's leadership. Our solutions provide the most affordable cost to meet the client's goals and ensure their mission is successful.

Here is an outline of our design process:

  • First Contact: Initial contact or event that shows that an opportunity exits.
  • Pre-Programming Meeting: Account Manager and Technical Asset meet with the client to ascertain if it is a design build or standard proposal opportunity. Account Manger has final say.
  • Programming: Drill for specific information about workflows and how best to meet the client's needs.
  • Schematic Design: Refine the scope of work.
  • Design Development: With approval of client, development of statement of work that selects appropriate equipment to further develop the budget process.
  • Construction Documents: With approval, engineering will complete a technical drawing package that will allow the build of the project.

J2C does system design, engineering, integration and support to federal, state and local organizations. We are a market-focused supplier of technologies that cross from internet/broadcast video media to collaborative and presentation solutions.

ATO Process

ATO or “Authorization to Operate” demonstrates that a federal agency has gone through a federally approved, detailed process to protect an IT system from incidents such as cyberattacks, security breaches, malware, and phishing attempts. Many federal IT systems are required to obtain an ATO to process government data and federal regulations recommend that agencies follow the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to become authorized. As an integral part of J2C’s integration process, our team works with the Government’s security office to ensure that all new and legacy gear has been evaluated and cleared for an ATO.

DISA STIG Process

Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) are configuration standards developed by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). They are designed to make device hardware and software as secure as possible, safeguarding the Department of Defense (DoD) IT network and systems. Compliance with STIGs is a requirement for DoD agencies, or any organization that is a part of the DoD information networks (DoDIN). The (STIGs) is another integral part of the J2C’s integration process. Our team works with the Government’s security office to ensure compliance with the stringent requirements of the DISA (STIGs) mandates.
